Minimum Experience: 3–5 years in the training and development field, with hands-on experience in conducting personality development programs for students or professionals.
Educational Qualification: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, Communication, Human Resource Development, or a related field. Certifications in Soft Skills or Personality Development Training are an added advantage.
Deep understanding of human behavior, soft skills development, and professional grooming.
Expertise in verbal and non-verbal communication techniques, leadership building, and interpersonal skills.
Up-to-date with industry trends in personal and professional development.
Familiarity with modern training tools, learning management systems, and assessment methods.
Instruction:
Deliver engaging and interactive PDP sessions on communication, body language, grooming, interview skills, leadership, and emotional intelligence.
Customize sessions based on the learning needs of students from diverse educational backgrounds.
Design course curriculum, handouts, activity plans, and visual presentations for effective learning.
Prepare training materials, practice modules, and feedback forms to ensure comprehensive learning.
Assessment:
Monitor and assess student progress through interactive tasks, mock interviews, and skill evaluation tests.
Provide individualized feedback and developmental guidance.
Conduct periodic assessments and contribute to institutional evaluation metrics.
Curriculum Development:
Collaborate with academic and industry experts to design and revise PDP modules aligned with market expectations.
Identify and bridge skill gaps in students related to employability and personality enhancement.
Continuously innovate content to maintain student interest and effectiveness.
Conduct regular workshops, group discussions, and motivational sessions.
Facilitate sessions on resume writing, corporate communication, and goal setting.
Mentor students one-on-one to build confidence and overcome personal/professional challenges.
Assist in student career counseling and placement preparation.
Represent the institute at seminars, workshops, and industry interaction events.
Support campus discipline, student engagement activities, and training events.
Design and deliver PDP modules for online and hybrid platforms.
Strong grasp on personality development principles, corporate grooming, and soft skills.
Experience in conducting impactful training sessions with measurable outcomes.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong presentation, facilitation, and public speaking abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office, presentation tools, and virtual platforms like Zoom, Google Meet, and LMS software.
