Minimum Experience: 3-5 years in the hospitality industry, specifically in food and beverage service.
Educational Qualification: Degree in Hotel Management from a reputed institute, with a focus on Food & Beverage service.
Extensive knowledge of various F&B service styles, hospitality operations, and industry trends.
Strong understanding of pedagogical methods and training techniques.
Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and guest service excellence.
Instruction:
Teach and instruct students in both theoretical and practical aspects of food and beverage service.
Provide solutions related to course content and service techniques.
Develop and deliver course curriculum, including handouts, manuals, lectures, and practical demonstrations.
Prepare notes, assignments, and question papers related to F&B service.
Assessment:
Supervise student service training, practical exams, and placements.
Set, mark, and assess student work and examinations, providing constructive feedback.
Participate in program-level learning assessments to evaluate and improve student performance.
Curriculum Development:
Collaborate with faculty and administrators to develop and review F&B training programs and standards.
Design and plan F&B training programs and instructional material.
Identify and address gaps in service knowledge and skills.
Conduct training on F&B service techniques, hospitality etiquette, and customer interaction.
Plan, organize, and direct various training activities both on and off campus.
Conduct orientation sessions and continuously focus on student development.
Aid in the recruitment of suitable candidates for specific F&B roles.
Manage F&B service events organized by the institution.
Utilize appropriate teaching, learning support, and assessment methods.
Develop online F&B training modules and utilize technical tools for teaching and assessment.
Practical experience in food & beverage service, including fine dining, banquets, and bar service.
Knowledge of instructional methodologies and student assessment processes.
Ability to deliver world-class F&B training.
Strong writing, editing, and presentation skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient with F&B management software, spreadsheets, word processors, databases, video conferencing, webinars, and data analysis tools.
Time management and organizational skills.
Ability to work with diverse teams and adapt to different leadership styles.
